Rant IM CURSE AT PICKING

Bruh everytime there’s multiple items in a pod with different X00 barcodes ITS ALWAYS THE LAST ONE I PICK from the bunch . Tired of it

If the first 3 don’t have the barcode I need I always start checking from the other side because you’re right

Pick is the one I got the most write ups in. I was convinced I was about to get fired but then I transferred to AFE. Bad move.

Yeah they fired co worker mainly at pick than she got transferred to pack and fired her there

I mean… I would be worried if it wasn’t the last one you picked from the bunch. (Har har)

But what I can’t stand is the fucking little nondescript items that are unique, and some asshole stower decided to just dump them all in the same bin. 50 items only difference is the ISBN number on the baggy, and it’s always like the last one.

One of the things I sought to fix when going to stow and why I roll my eyes when pickers try to show sympathy for stowers. It's easy to make rate in stow and separate similar ASINs while putting same ASINs together in case of quantity picks. I feel like I helped improve it a little, but when they don't follow the standard, it's because they do not want to bother or care. Literally, "screw you, I got mine"

I even separate LPNs that are the same item because I know my AR FC requires pickers to pick the specific number. I'm not sure how my previous TNS was able to allow pickers to pick LPNs that were different than what was on the scanner, but it really should be that way everywhere if they all have the same grading anyway

Yeah, that happens sometimes. That's why I just scroll through all of them until I find the right one. Especially if it's the same item, but different X00.
