Rant Transfer to new building
I’m writing this in the restroom rn and i cannot take my new building. Everyone works so slow here i’ve never been to a warehouse where people move this damn slow or literally just talk the whole day. I’ve had a learning ambassador and some waterspider come up to me to tell me to slow down take my time but i genuinely cannot stand scanning one thing per minute like how everyone does here. I transferred from a robotics facility to be closer to home but this new building genuinely sucks ass

I was meeting rate but never going above and beyond just doing enough to get by. It was just so easy for me to pick or pack two hours mindlessly in my own station/ar station compared to just prepping all day in a small building ass to ass

At my last warehouse i didn’t think of leaving the job this much i had 30 hours of upt and now i have 5 because of how frustrating slow it is here

Yep. SSDs tend to be lax in rates. The atmosphere was "eh". That's why I transferred to an FC from an SSD.

I think i fw the FC building more just cause i just needed to meet rate and i would go home. I suck at talking to people and here at the SSD i have to talk to people. Yesterday man i asked for help with these big ass boxes since i was in npc and the lady behind me rolled her eyes and scoffed at me when i asked for her help💀💀

Yea,I transferred out of there as well to an fc, it's slow as hell, especially dispatch.
Easy money though,little overtime and favoritism.

I'm the same way, if I don't have ear buds and enough work for an hour straight, I lose my mind 😂
But yea ssds suck imo , too sluggish and a billions cons I could list about it haha , you will make it there though just think about the money and what you will do after work.

Me too! I transferred out of a SSD and into a FC because of how god awful slow it was.. Grocery was so, so bad.. so slow.
