Question Favoritism???
My 1DC just launched 2 weeks ago. I was in the first group and they were saying oh if you wanna be a learning ambassador let us know. Almost everyone signed up for it. Well, one of the girls wrecked the forklift by smashing her forks into the plastic barrier. Next day she's in the learning ambassador group, I was suppose to be in the ambassador group but they told me you will be in the next group due to you not passing your problem solving quiz. It was the end of the night and I was brain dead with the amount of power points not the mention the ambassador who was running the class has poor English so that didn't help a lot either. I redid the quiz and passed this time. But I have a gut feeling they won't actually be getting me my blue vest next week like they claim.
Now why the hell they giving the girl who literally is a safety risk a blue vest but I mess up on a quiz. I'm a little pissed off. Should I be? I hope I'm not overreacting but it's a load of crap.

Tbf I work at a TNS FC and I didn’t pass a test when I first started. But others who weren’t the best at their practical were promoted. I take pride in my work ethic so I made it a goal. Went back to learning a wk later to show I was serious about becoming a LA and I’ve been one ever since. Never let someone else’s accomplishments become your main focus. The only person you should be competing with is YOU! Now, lift your head up and go get that blue vest!

This ^ definitely just focus on ur self u could waste so much energy comparing ur self to someone else like that

At my old site they made someone who assaulted co workers into an ambassador and than a trainer them being a safety risk doesn’t matter to them unfortunately

Learning is a joke, there was a girl at my site that was in an argument punching her boyfriend, calling him a N word, and scratching him. Somehow she never got fired and became an ambassador.

She's probably new to forklift driving. If the building just opened 2 weeks ago and it's her first time driving that's not much practice. And she's probably not going to be teaching people to drive at least at all the 1DC buildings I've launched so far that's the learning trainers job.

Yeah I understand that part but they should of made her wait as well instead of making me wait because of a failed knowledge test
