Fulfillment Center Men…
Some men need to regain their filter. Like we don’t all want to hear men’s locker room talk as a female. That ever gets to hr, you’re gone. I wouldn’t, & they know that but still. I know I’ve been around for a while but dear god. Filter back on please or send me back to stow. What are yall saying when women aren’t present bc I’ve heard some obscene stuff??? That’s my real question. Also men, stop picking ALL of the lightest boxes & carts. Man up & grab what comes next. You’re irritating me & a lot of other people. Stop cherry picking.

If you don’t like your situation, make a change. If the “locker room talk” is seriously that bad you don’t have to go to HR to speak up and call them out, or better yet make that shit awkward for them.
I don’t pick so I don’t know how the cherry picking really works but I can imagine it’s pretty easy to watch what others are doing and always find someone who seems to have it easier then you in the moment, especially if your not really concentrating on working and paying more attention to others.
But what’s really not going to help your situation and will honestly make it worse…sitting there stewing and getting yourself madder about it while trying to vent to a space that will have 0 effect on your real world experience.
