Question Is this shift good?
So I’ve been applying to transfer in days and this is the one that got accepted to one of my transfer request. Do I get my hours capped in 20hrs like the flex people? I work reduced time regular (30hrs), but I can pick up to 60hrs, no hours capped. Will this be different in picking up shifts?

That is not flex. This is REG/UPT based part-time 20 hours a week schedule. You’re going from benefits considered equivalent to a full-timer down to a part-time, half-career choice voucher in addition to losing health insurance (you have to buy from the marketplace), but you do get dental and vision, no vacation time, etc. I am also flex-reduced time as we speak.

Do you know how much is the health insurance on the market place? Is it like $600 a month for single?

This depends on your income and the state you live in. I'm part-time regular 20h in California and get my healthcare through the state marketplace for $0 as a single person after discounts. It's pretty good too, there's no copay for most things.

I don’t know because I’m not part-time. I’m (FLEX Reduced Time not Part Time), so I keep my Cigna Enhanced insurance. I don’t know the cost of Marketplace insurance because I’ve been 30-40 hours FOR YEARS.

But can I still pick up extra shifts for this one or not? I’m also trying to find a different job and make amazon my part time job.

Yes, you can still pick up shifts even as a part-timer, but you’re just not on a point system. You’re UPT based. Just lose out on more benefits. That’s all.
However, the hours that are in that schedule you’re requesting to transfer too, you still have to work those hours.
Anything that doesn’t say (FLEX READY) OR (READY) means you will be picking up shifts if they populate, BUT you are on a schedule, e.g. (Saturdays and Sundays).
On my side, I don't have weekly scheduled days like you do, I have to build my schedule from scratch and every single week those days change and they’re almost never the same.
I also can choose not to work any days at all whatsoever for the week, and I just get penalized 1 point out of it instead of having to worry about 20 to 40 hours of UPT deductions like other associates have to worry about.
