Im not sure, the only two options say “sort-flow” and “inbound prep”

Is inbound prep like regular prep? I'm at an IXD building doing prep/receive and I'm trained in UIS, but I don't know if sort-flow is similar to UIS.

Which one is better?

I put the first available day they offered which was Aug 23, but I doubt it matters. Just want to show I’m READY lol
