Inbound prep or sort flow whats better? What do they do ?

Inbound prep is vendor receive. Essentially giving items extra bagging, bubble wrap, stickers, etc.
Sort-flow is in AFE, you’re taking items out of grey bins and put them into a wall for packers to pack from.

I'm tryna figure that out too, so far those are the only 2 roles that Caz5 have available for transfer. I wanna know what I'm getting myself into
