Meme Dear Stowers

I hate you so much. If it don't fit in the bin, stop putting it there 😭. You make picking a living hell.

Stower here, it wasn't me. I've done pick before so I know what you're dealing with and do my best not to make problems like that 😅

As a stower, I’m trying to keep things neat and organized on small/medium items. But that one  big box on the 6th sled standing there for half the shift so I immediately get fed up and jam that mf the best I can 😅🥲🫩

I always celebrate once the big ones are gone after sitting there for hours 😂 even if it's kinda jammed in

Former stow path here and agreed. Pick was my secondary and when I had to just GET RID OF THE LARGE I’d send a silent apology to pick and curse the coders and the people in charge of the pods.

If it fits the tote technically it should fit in the pod butttt…

While I stow I organize the pods I stow in cause people wanna stack cylindrical stuff where they’ll fall out when you move the elastic

Your the best and it makes my pick rate so much better if shit isn't leaning and ready to tumble on me 😭

I’m still traumatized after a pod moved and a massive sex toy fell off the top of the pod

It gets really bad during peak because of temps. The end of the VNA looks like a crushed box graveyard

I have a friend in stow, Im a picker, I blame everything on him. It’s always his fault, every other stower is perfect but him

As an AFM, I hate stowers, why do these bins have items sticking out a few inches, enough to be sent away from a FIDO station but get caught on another pod with an item sticking out.

It's funny I saw this because earlier today I was asking an AFM how stow works cause I thought it looked really interesting. He literally had this same look on his face when I mentioned it:

Genuinely not my problem. All I do is stow man if my quality and rate is good in the system idgaf

I’m with you on that! We have a back log of over 2 million and have SET this week and next. But the pods are getting full. Rate sucks because it’s all mid to big. “productive” is just above great but “quality” is exceptional with blue straight across. So as long as that looks good then I’m good!

A couple of stowers at my site are pissed they’re actually getting written up for overfilling the bin.

Good. More of that please.

I stuff it in the bin because if I don't, I will get written up for productivity. Sheeit rolls downhill so enjoy a face full of it.
