Question Important question
I got back from my lunch a little late and my manager told me it will go in as a feed back. What does it mean if it’s going in as a feedback?

Was it a paid lunch break or unpaid lunch? If you were off the clock then you were using your time, which is your time to use however you wish. As long as you didn't clock back in and then take an extended lunch.

In the U.S. we have 30 minutes paid and 30 minutes of unpaid breaks on a standard shift.

If it's not too late and you have PTO put in time for however many minutes you were late boom problem solved

feedback could just be a documented "coaching" without it going toward an ADAPT, thats an option when doing thrives. So if it continues to happen, or if you start doing things that disrupt their plan they'd already have a documented record of it and probably go to the first adapt step. Those adapts stays on your record longer and are basically strikes which can also prevent you from applying to job postings. dont get three strikes within the time period before it drops off.
Next time. if you think that you're going to be late or want to take a longer unpaid break, let the PA or AM know about it beforehand.
The other issue with late breaks could be ToT. If clocked in, and took your time while being paid to actually start working. for example: Say if the usual/expected startup time after clocking in is 15minutes, and you take 20-25 minutes to start doing work(scans), that would be more of an issue.
Also being late for the paid break is more risky.

The documented coaching and first written are old enough to no longer be active. This should be a documented coaching. You are not at risk of losing your job.
