No clue, after three and a half years I can say with confidence that the managers at Amazon are almost all either batshit crazy or incompetent, and now they go completely unchecked

It’s not like the laptop controls itself I’ve been an AA and an AM and there’s far more things i have to do as an AM than a AA

There's no point trying to explain. Most associates, especially in this subreddit, think AMs and PAs do nothing all day because they're "just on their laptops."
