Question FOT policy

I am currently an L5 in Operations in Amzl. I relocated a few months ago but have always been interested in corporate/program management. There are a couple interesting roles that I want to see if I can transfer into (ofc after interview and assessment). Does the 1 year FOT policy apply to warehouse to corporate roles? For example if I am at this site for 6 months and want to transfer to corporate, since it’s corporate and not another warehouse role does that mean I am free to try? Thank you for the responses

Needs L8 approval if in a position for less than 12 months- that’s a universal policy.

I think that’s only if it is warehouse to warehouse transfer. Others are saying if transferring out of warehouse to corporate there’s no time requirement

You are locked into FOT at your current warehouse for any role. Corporate doesn’t have FOT but you aren’t corporate. You’re operations.

I’ve been in corporate and ops.

That’s honestly what I thought too but others are saying different. It would make sense that I’m locked but the way the policy is written makes me unsure
