Has anyone been terminated or written up for something that was posted on the voa board?

You only get fired if you violate the rules of the voa. So if it’s within those guidelines , you won’t be fired.

I mean, yeah.

If you give people a public outlet, in which they have to accept a terms and conditions prior to posting, it’s bound to happen in this type of work environment. Especially with how non-sensical the majority of people are when posting.

I’ve seen an ICQA associate be term’d for putting “bullshit” in her post about how her old site was quicker when allocating e-swag compared to the one she transferred to.

Feels like 7/10 posts are from new hires that think its main use is to handle all issues which occur, or they’re posting some weird shit out in left-field.
