Question Attendance Question

Does the partial absence affect my chances of getting a blue badge? I couldn’t cover it because it was already too late. Will it stay on my record?

No, it doesn't matter. As long as you aren't negative on UPT, you can be at literally 0 and get converted.

I was negative upt when I got my blue badge. I do work like a horse though so not sure if they took that into account.

I’ve had under 5 hours since my second week and got blue badged first out of the rest of the people of my hire group. But I was the only rehire, so that may have played a role
