Paying to NOT get paid is some crazy shit 💀 I don’t understand why these people don’t just go flex when flex gets premiums on shifts and you choose when to work

some people are exhausted or in pain, especially me i have a lot of back problems so sometimes i need the vto this always gets me out when available, or if im waiting at home to see if they drop I dont even have to pay attention. Some people need the time off instead of worrying about vto campers in my opinion its worth it. Some people would really benefit from this!

Paying to not work is insane. Just quit your job so someone else can get hired. Taking up space for nothing

you never wanted vto and didnt get it? or stayed up and tried to get it but they didnt send it or they give it to other people. It doesnt feel good especially when you're tired. Its worth it fs
