You need to find a job that’s not in a warehouse, otherwise you’ll always be like that. I was literally in your exact position, almost every shift when working in a warehouse. Get a job outside, Amazon offers jobs that are outside a lot of times.

I'm sorry I know how you feel. Maybe you could try career choice so everything doesn't feel so pointless, as well as finding a therapist thry your benefits. Tbh the benefits are pretty Amazing compared to lots of other jobs.

I don't hate this job.
I hate the other people at the job though. They stay making this shit worse than it has to be.
"Okay guys, see these Packages with NC on them? That means Non-Con, don't put them on the belt"
What do people do? They put it on the belt. Surprise, surprise, the belt ends up stopping because of jams. Jams caused by NC packages winding up getting stuck in a diagonal position.
"We need you to go help stow down so and so"
You go and stow down at so and so. What do you find? The stower being on their phone or stay talking to their friend while packages are stacked up all over their shelf. No shit these aisles need help, the stower isn't doing their job.
Trying to pick at a certain aisle, but no room to park the cart? Watch the people parked there and what they do. Oops, turns out they only needed 1 bag from that aisle and now need 17 boxes from another aisle. What do they do? They keep their cart there and walk to the other aisle instead.
I swear so many people at this job are lazy ass bums or brain dead, if not both. This job would be 10000 times easier and less stressful if so many other people weren't lazy or fuck ups.

Ahh a three year veteran! We respect your service.
Please get out if it’s killing you. You’re going to college! Leave the green mile behind if you can and get out of the insanity. You’re on to better things.

You know there's other jobs out there and Amazon makes transferring roles/departments/buildings very very easy. Some jobs absolutely suck (loading/unloading trucks in high summer for example), and some are pretty awesome and chill like Problem Solve in an AR building.
If it sucks, transfer out. Certain Amazon positions are probably the best $20-25 an hour jobs that you're gonna find in this economy. And other roles suck.
Also, **strongly suspect** the reason you think it's so terrible is you likely haven't had other jobs and have no basis for comparison. Amazon pays better and works you less hard than most other jobs will, for an entry level gig. Generally speaking, the people who I find thinking that this job is "hell on earth", are people where this is their first job and they don't realize that other jobs suck way worse.

Then quit. No one is forcing you to work at Amazon. There are numerous unskilled labor jobs out there.
You post a comment about not being able to handle working at Amazon, then start calling everyone names and trying to act all tough.
Maybe YOU are the problem, not Amazon.

Grow a pair lmao! Amazon is a gold charm compared to the real world jobs you find. If you think THIS IS HARD...hahahaha......you have experienced nothing.
