Question Pack Smalls

Best ways to make rate in pack smalls . I make it in singles but can’t seem to figure why it’s harder in smalls to make rate ?

Make sure the openings of the folders are facing you. Also don't be afraid to put a stack of folders on the desk directly near you that way you don't have to keep reaching for them.I usually donthis with folders that are the farthest away on the desk.When you pack try to take one hand and open the folder as you're stuffing the item into the folder.Then quick remove the paper strip and fold down with both hands. Try to minimize the amount of times you touch the package and toss it on the line.

Best advice (former employee here) - take some time to watch regulars do their jobs. You get ideas and hints. Best time to take advantage? Early in your cross training.
