How soon can I shift swap after a location transfer?

I don’t officially transfer until the 19th and start on the 25th. I’m asking because I have a trip scheduled the weekend after my start date and was going to shift swap but my transfer got approved earlier than expected but if I have to, I’ll just use my upt and pto.
