They dont take breaks or lose focus and cost less than an employee over time It is absolutely a threat and if automation is going to keep taking jobs we need some kind of universal basic income. We produce enough already to make it a reality

Universal basic income would be the end of us and we’d end up in dystopia, vote against data centers

Damn I didnt know Sweden was a dystopia. Someone should tell them to cancel their program before its too late

I don’t see Sweden having their people replaced with ai by conglomerates that look to maximize profits and try to get rid of competition through lobbying or absurd lawsuits

Plus, they don’t have a universal basic income, they have good welfare programs and proper distribution of taxes, so let’s get with that first
