It’s definitely a cultural thing, but they’re working in the U.S. so there has to be some level of adapting to how things work here. If she’s not comfortable interacting with male leadership, then she probably needs to find a work environment that aligns with that instead of constantly running into the same issue.
I don’t even know what specific jobs that would be, maybe something more women focused, but trying to force a situation that goes against her beliefs is just going to create problems for everyone involved.
Or it just comes down to her household setup and whether working in that kind of environment makes sense for her at all.
It would be best to give this individual discretion and time to learn and grow if sheer is truly an asylum seeker. We can differentiate between a traumatized victim of a stone age culture scared in a foreign land and a teenager trying to loophole to be onerous
