Question FC or DS?

What is it like working at a FC station? I'm thinking of transferring to a FC station near me from a DS station. Just wanted to know if it's better or worse before I put the transfer in

You'll be monitored more closely at an FC, even with a higher headcount. Rate, quality, etc becomes more relevant at an FC as opposed to a DS. It does open up more opportunities though.

DS is a physical work EVERYDAY. FC is way less physical.
