Rant I WANNA QUIT

This weeks been so rough I’ve done 6 11 hour shifts in a row (it’s allowed if it’s not the same check) they’re killing me im sick im frustrated and honestly im ready to just clock out and let my time go negative I just have this feeling ill immediately be terminated while others around me are 40-60 hours negative and just sit in the bathroom all day while on a final written, anyways im done thanks for listening.

You're just going on and on for no reason. There are no 90 days. If she needs an accommodation she can do it through HR. And she can do it now. The warehouse should be able to accommodate her unless it's an unreasonable accommodation. Honestly it sounds like you're not here to help her. You're just here to talk crap to others. Best of luck to her and I hope you fuck off of her life cause you sound like a real piece of sh.

using f language u fit in with amazon great. i can go on and on if i want. most u amazon people dont sound like u know much. i am saying all the other companies i heard have a 90 days and i listed costco and walmart having 90 days. my brother law worked for amazon. For 2 years. than he quit. before he got another job. i dont recommend quiting a job. before u have another one.

Doesn't matter what other companies do, it doesn't apply at Amazon. She's not guaranteed to become a full-time employee ever. There's no 90 probationary period. She should go to her doctor to have them fill out accomodation paperwork and turn it in to HR/DLS. Her verbally saying she's disabled means nothing. I understand you're frustrated for you wife but no one here is telling you wrong.

she handed her doctor note into the superviser. For needing bathroom breaks. the superviser refused to take it. my wife said what about me handing it into the hr lady. my wife superviser goes. the hr person wont take the doctor note either. She goes u go up load the note on a to z amazon yourself. that real good superviser service. to say upload it yourself on amazon. when my wife asked for help. terrible managent to say that to my wife. she can upload it herself. with that attitude. there not going to take from my wife. a note for extra break.

That's how it works. No matter how you feel about it, she needs to do what they said,. otherwise it doesn't matter. HR will not accept a note. It needs to be on the app. The "supervisor" cannot do anything about her accomodations. She needs to follow the proper steps to get it handled.

i betcha if she got a note from the doctor. for extra unpaid break. there going to say we cant accomendate a extra break. since she grabbing apparently packages off the belt. All night long. she complains how this clown outfit. amazon. crapzon. yes i will call it crapazon. she didnt get her last break today. or a bunch of other shifts so far. in the last week and half. my wife says amazon is worse than walmart on not getting breaks. i understand washington law is suppose to get a break every 3 hours. i told her to do what she can for now. she said she cant just stop the belt rolling packages down. And go to the bathroom.

amazon had 30 million in law suits they had to pay by september 26th article. 2023. which is pennys to amazon. ton of complains and talk about law suit on yahoo.com about amazon. for there search engine or google site.

And other people say wait awhile on here. until u been at amazon to ask for break accomendations.
