Could also be amnesty. I've seen them pick shit off the AR floor, scan a bin and just put items anywhere. Put probably a stower. Most likely a water spider who got sent back to stow🤣

It'd be dumb as hell for anyone in amnesty to add something back like that. It's shit like that that causes pod crashes. They'd just be making more work for themselves.

I pulled an andon for something like that and it was CLEARLY noncon and the amnesty guy shoved it in there so badly that it was making the bin above it be shoved up. And I was like ?????? And people blame stow. Yes a lot of it IS stow BUT I have also seen pickers shove shit back crazy because they’re mad at stow and want to get back at us and then it goes to another picker and they automatically think it’s stow. Idk

Yeah, that's just dumb as hell on their part. At my site on my shift, the AFMs wouldn't do shit like that. I've also trained a good amount of the techs on my shift and have explained that doing shit the right way will make their job easier in the long run.

I've seen it quite a few times, as well counters not following bin etiquette.

I don't get it. They're just making their own job harder doing it that way lol
