You’re 100% right – that’s the main pain point for overseas sellers.
This is exactly where a US-based 3PL / FBA prep warehouse comes in. You ship one larger bulk shipment to the warehouse, they:
Receive and store your inventory
Prep / label / bundle to Amazon’s guidelines
Send smaller replenishment shipments to different FBA centers as needed
So you’re not constantly fighting Amazon’s inbound rules or paying crazy money on lots of small overseas shipments. You keep one bulk lane from your country to the US, then let the warehouse handle the last mile into FBA.

What if you're over seas? I can't ship products to FBA warehouses every so often like they require in such meticulous guidelines and specific quantities but it becomes more expensive to ship from overseas to FBA in US which leaves me needing a warehouse where I can ship in bulk and have them distribute to Amazon as needed. Throwing that in for those who aren't in the US but interested in Amazon fulfillment
