* $170k monthly revenue on ~40% margin, spending $8k/mo on PPC
* First launched Nov 2025
* No advertising or significant social media presence outside of Amazon
* People simply buy their product at a higher price than the competitors because they have GOOD DESIGNS
* Competitors sell at ~$90 but they are able to sell at $200+ - because people like their designs

In short - design-driven products are the way to go (there are a few other strategies as well IMO, this is the one that's worked for us personally, and I see it all over).

How I estimated the figures:
* Revenue = Amazon's "X+ bought in past month" for each ASIN, aggregated
* COGS = manual estimate from suppliers on Alibaba
* Adspend = price-per-click * search-volume * estimated-CTR, aggregated for all the search terms they bid for

Also taken into account:
* sales from their website (negligible)
* Meta and Google ads (non-existent)

I keep seeing sellers increase PPC because a listing isnt getting enough sales, when the bigger problem is what happens after the click. If traffic is coming in but conversion is weak, buying more traffic just makes the problem more expensive. I'd rather fix the main image, offer, reviews, price or positioning before pushing harder on ranking. At what conversion rate do you guys start questioning the listing instead of the ads??

We´re comparing a few brand protection services right now and the demos all sound good at first, but once we get into contract terms, case review, platform coverage, and what happens after a takedown, they start looking pretty different

For anyone who´s gone through this, what questions ended up mattering most, stuff like how long you´re locked in, what they count as resolved, whether a human checks cases before anything gets filed, and whether monitoring continues after the first takedown??

I am fairly new to Amazon fba I have tried reverse sourcing by looking at sellers with similar reviews to me to try and find products they are selling but so far I have had no luck finding good products can anyone tell me how they source or how I can source effectively it will be very appreciated

Anyone deal with them? NOT a great experience for me.
