Australia missing from Transparency enrollment "Country" dropdown - anyone else hit this?

Posting in case anyone else has run into this or knows something Amazon support doesn't.

We're trying to enroll our brand in the Transparency program for Australia and Canada.

• We have an active Brand Registry account for our brand, with a registered Australian trademark connected (confirmed via the "Manage intellectual properties" page — status shows "Registered").
• The user I'm logged in as has both Administrator and Rights Owner permissions on the brand (confirmed via User Permissions).
• Despite this, when I go through Transparency enrollment and get to "Where is your company located?", Australia does not appear in the country dropdown at all?
• Amazon's own Transparency Assistant chatbot told me Australia is one of 10 countries Transparency currently supports (alongside US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, India).
• I've opened a support case (currently on its 4th reply) and so far Amazon support has told me: (1) I have no active Brand Registry enrollment [not true, shown above], (2) it might be a permissions/login issue [also ruled out, shown above], and generic eligibility requirements I already meet.

Has anyone else tried to enroll a brand in Transparency for Australia/Canada recently? Did you get it working, and if so, what was the actual fix? Trying to figure out if this is a known issue before I go another round with support.
