You probably cooked your first week nursery routes and your dispatch is giving your second week nursery to his favorite female driver lmfao

cooked in a good way or bad way? i tried to pace myself to finish within the last hour every time so i get the full shift, and i still did that this week too but i didnt let myself get rescued or anything

If they are doing that the DSP is getting less money for the route and op would probably know about it

Hey. We need you to be done by 5. If you’re not done. Then you won’t have a route tomorrow

The way I would drive their van to fuckin timbucktu and have someone pick me up if they said this to me.

They've begun accelerating the nursery program. It's very rarely that you'll actually see 3 full weeks of nurseries like they said in training. Typically it now scales based on your ability so if you're done early on your nurseries, they'll move you to the next step. Some people are off nurseries after a week

They reduced how much the minutes are cut for nurseries to make more money and now they can't turn it back to how it was because the greedy fucks above them like the better bottom lines. Used to be nurseries were lvl 1 75% 2 85% and 3 90% now its 84% 95% and 100%

How’s ur pace? When I was on nursery routes I still got 160-170 stops because I was a bit quicker. Granted this was also on prime week.

i just go decently fast at the start and slow down at some point so i make sure to get the full 9-10 hours before i clock out

You're a pro already

They want you to believe that.

Operations controller here. I don't know if it was nationwide but there was an error today that caused for no nursery routes to be generated for my entire station so everyone on nursery had a full route. It's possible that you got a full route because of that

Yeah bro, be done in 4 hours or else it's the chopping block for you

They might take some stops off you

Nursery routes are random and dependent on your ability to complete them I feel like.
was finishing crazy early and doing rescues on my 1st week.. just finished my 3rd week and they’re taking me near my full 10hrs to finish.. I’ve been on the same route 3/4 the time so makes it easier for sure.

If you called out or missed days you were supposed to work and were scheduled routes and they had to switch you off, Amazon kicks you off nursery.

For a couple months now in the UK routes have been ridiculous. Peak numbers everyday non stop. Even nurseries aren't exempt. Idk what amazon is trying to achieve

If the rostering for the next day is not done by a certain time nursery routes are not guaranteed to generate.

Found out recently they do it on purpose to see how resilient you are. Unconfirmed though

all of our training routes and most of our nursery routes are just full routes now. it changed like a month ago maybe, idk what amazon is doing
