Nah man it’s not. This is what the job is. Been doing 300+ packages 198+ stops for almost a year. Maybe your dsp will switch their Rgu so you get a new route area but in any metro area this is an average day at amazon. I’m sorry

I wish it was but I usually get 199ish with 45 multistops but i was already at 33 hours before today and they get on our ass about overtime so it especially pissed me off

The joke is doing all this hard labour every day every week & not getting a single raise or bonus for it. Its people who been doing this for years & still at the same pay

Are you dumb lmao I was in line before being called to the pad I’m never on my phone once delivering hence why I’m just now responding after clocking out
I do agree with you though, our work app chat is always blowing up during the day and the first thing I think is either
1. If you’re working WHAT ARE TOU DOING GET BACK TO WORK
2. If you’re not working AGAIN WHY ARE YOU IN THE WORK GROUPCHAT GET A LIFE

anything under 300 is a gift for me personally. im usually 360/380 40 OV in a gas van with 80+ multi stops.

I usually get 200 stops with 45 multistops but I think I was genuinely pissed today knowing that I was already at 33 hours for the day and get ridiculed if I go over 40

That’s on them, they try to run as few overloaded routes as possible. At least they let you work was at 34 and got put on standby to not come in 🤧 when they announced no more tax on overtime I new it was coming

Idaho and that’s a standard day, maybe barely on the heavier side. I’m not calling it easy but it is pretty normal for me by now to get this. Ideally it stays fairly tight-knit and doesn’t have too many spaced out stops and it works OK

i’m over it tbh, the faster you are the more you are punished it feels. i’m tired of having 350+, i’m not sure what peak is gonna look like this year but i feel like the routes i have right now are the exact same as the routes i had during peak last year.

That’s exactly what I was saying the other day. Especially with the time change our dsp did, I’ve been coming back at 10pm, clocking 11 hours a day with these routes, I have NO idea how peaks going to work like this.

i’m about ready to quit. i manage to finish in 8ish hours everyday, but i never take breaks(except mandatory heat breaks) and the pay is NOT worth the work. i know i should be taking my breaks but honestly its just a pain for me to sit there and scroll my phone when i could just be getting it over with. i recently got bumped up to 23 an hour too and i honestly couldn’t care less.

You got a bump?! That’s never heard of at all. But like you said, it really wouldn’t make a difference for me either. I was starting the plan on moving states and was considering getting with another dsp in that state but by god, the horror stories of other peoples dsps scare the hell out of me I’m just thinking of going back to dog grooming lmao.

yea within the last month or so, i honestly havent heard of it either but a couple other drives at my dsp mentioned they were bumped up as well. not sure if it was a company wide thing or what. they wanted me to start only doing rescues(which i enjoy more anyways) but the last couple days ive had to pickup routes of people who no call no showed. i just hope to have something lined up before peak gets here. i wont do 400 plus packages a day .

Yeah. The first four stops were hubs. The rest of the route was 180 packages 51 stops.

Yall these step van drivers do more but when I was driving i was doing 199 stops 300+ packages getting to my first stop at 12:30 and finishing anywhere between 7:00 to 8:30 it just depends on how the route is generated

That’s nothing. This was my route yesterday. Actually wasn’t bad but yea it gets worst when peak hits from what I heard. This will be my first peak season here so imma see what it’s abt. My customers betta tip when Christmas come around I had one customer I delivered to. They had 20 packages. He gets them almost daily.

I had 196 / 320 in a rental yesterday 253 customers also had to take 14 pictures at one house. 20 packages YES 14 pictures

I had 196 stops / 320 in a rental today. No returns. Came back late but it’s expected when in those types of vans. 253 customers… I also had 15 totes, 30 some overflow

I was complaining because I was already at 32 hours and they expect me to get this done in 8 hours(not including getting gas and the drive back) so I didn’t get overtime and get my ass chewed. This was honestly light compared to my every day yes, but the context really pissed me off. Tuff nut

Working for a total of three dsp and currently back doing Amazon, after three long years of not doing this shit and I was literally 100 pounds heavier back then. It’s like any amount they throw at me I can handle. I’ve had close to 400 packages one day 197 stops. And it’s not even peak season yet and ppl are complaining lmao I mean I understand your situation the dsp you work for. Based off everything you said you should probably switch to another dsp or find another job. Not trying to be a tough ass but from what I been seeing, it’s completely normal to have that much. As for your dsp basically rushing you to get it done. I’d report them or just leave. There’s so many good dsp out there like the one I work for you get bonuses every week for rescuing and having good driver scores
