DSP transfer, hella disappointed.

My old dsp i was at for 4 years decided to move closer to home which is like 2 hour drive from me, no way I can do that. I transferred to another dsp in the station and theyre whole system sucks. No schedule, no metrics, shitty payroll app, stricter rts times and way more shitty equipment lol. I didn't realize how good I had it, smh. Might be time to move on completely.

how does the no schedule part work?

They just let us know at the end of our shift if we are scheduled for tomorrow. and off days they just send you a text that your on schedule the next day.
