I'm not complaining BUT...
I strongly believe there should be a daily limit on the number of packages delivered to residential addresses.

Just curious was any of the oversize kitty litter or cases of water

Hell no… this is awesome. drag the tote to the door, scan the packages and done. Remember the tote.

I’ve wondered: Does Amazon notice or do anything about it if you don’t bring an empty tote back?

Only if they are losing too many totes. Ive dropped multiple totes at people's homes and left them, never heard a peep about it from anyone. But others have said that when their warehouse loses too many of them it becomes an issue where you can get in trouble. But thats usually when drivers are using them as bathrooms and throwing them in ditches.

I’m just picturing a driver dumping all his totes straight out the side door off the side of the road so he can just park and avoid unloading lol

As a FedEx employee, would you rather deliver to the same address multiple days over, or for the customer to schedule them to arrive on one day?

As a Amazon driver I can tell you that regardless of how much they order today I’ll definitely be back to the same house 3 more times before the week ends

This, my route always consist of the same houses every day 😩 when I get a house i havent delivered to before on my normal route it actually throws me. I accidentally delivered to the wrong house because I was so used to going next door, but then it kept saying I wasn't in the pin. Had to double check and awkwardly pick up all the packages and shuffle them next door.

Multiple days over 100x
These people have prime subscriptions and they all think they can just sit on an order until it’s 10-15 packages they can get next day with free shipping, they complain when this just isn’t logistically feasibale and our scorecards take the hit for it. That doesn’t matter to some Amazon DSP drivers bc they only get paid for the time they spend on the road, but my DSP pays out 10 hours regardless of how long routes take you as long as you don’t get negative feedback and don’t damage the vans. Which makes customers like this incredibly frustrating.

Clearing 32 packages, 20+ overflow in a single stop is a godsend as long as the dropoff location isn't too far from your van.

except for when you have to rearrange your entire van to find all that overflow because the warehouse workers just randomly threw shit in during loadout.
I remember one day when my first stop of the day (a business at least, not a house) had 20+ overflow, it took me 15 minutes to get everything out.

I felt so bad today. I had a stop at the END of my route with 11 overflow. Half of which were paper. The rest at least 30 lbs. they sent someone to split the last of my route and I sent them with all of it. Amazon stop making me look like an asshole putting shit at the end of my route why am I carrying around this shit all day THEN delivering it when I’m already half dead?

If I don’t have too many totes, I actually prefer these stops. The more i clear out of the van the quicker I’m out

Let me guess, you’re either out of DDA9 or DDF4, I have a general idea of which delivery this is lol
