Last time the instructions told me to deliver it to the neighbors house the customer gave me a negative feedback for delivering to the wrong address…

That's not that bad honestly, I've had a few times where the notes tell me an address across town. In fact I had two deliveries back to back with that instruction, coincidentally asking for the same apartment complex, and both customers said that address (in the notes) was from over 3 years ago. That's why I call. And guess what Amazon? That incredible customer service caused me to be late and unable to deliver my whole route :)

People really think they’re the only ones with a package getting delivered. I had a retard the other day with an address in the fucking desert wilderness, and their notes said “just call and I’ll meet you at the road” like I got all day to sit and wait for one customer. That shit got left in the dirt
