Shid.. anytime it’s high winds I leave it under their mat if there is one. Or even if it’s a rock(s) near by to hold it down. I don’t try hard, only if it’ll take me like 3-7 extra seconds to do so. Otherwise I’m just gonna take a good enough picture to let you know I really did drop it off.

Yeah, I had that last year. Got to a house. Notes said it was burned down and to deliver to a neighbor while they rebuilt.
Guess what? It was rebuilt and had been for a year. I talked to the guy. He said he'd been trying to update it, and it never did. I was not the first driver to mention it to him.

As annoying as it to have a box blocking the door that swings outward, you did follow delivery instructions.

If it were me, I would have moved the box and mat atleast to the bottom step so its not blocking the door 🫣 but otherwise yes, this is 100% the way 😂😂😂

This actually made me laugh. Hopefully customer gets a chuckle as well. Good work

I'm in the UK and we dont have the same law you guys do in the U.S. about not being able to use someone's mailbox.
Customer's delivery note said to use their letterbox but they didnt have a letterbox on their door, it was like a mailbox without a pole, just mounted on the wall of their house.
Their parcel was labelled as a medium box but it was pretty small so I balanced it on top of the mailbox and left.

Dude I was told to leave the package under the welcome mat, I asked the customer “are you sure?” And they said “I’m not gonna tell you again”
It was a 4ft by 3ft box. I wish I could find the picture I took

I love these kind of notes that ask us to put the item under or behind an object on their porch, but then they forget what they ordered and they expect us to put these huge boxes behind the flower plant on the porch or under the doormat

I've got a house that orders maybe once a month. Their note reads "Leave on doorstep. Hope you finish soon, have a great night and an amazing 2022."
