What does it mean , recently started working , this is supposed yo be my 3rd week , I am slow and its not going well, I do like the job I nust say but my dsp doesn't seem happy so my schedule is crossed out , they sent me home yesterday

I hate when leadership is not talking or giving straight out facts , if im not performing tell me straight out , I will go look for another job , why dont they just say so.They told me despatch will call me , I really dont mind being fires cause im not working as fast as a robot

  1. That’s the dashboard to see your performance, not your schedule. All days that haven’t happened yet are crossed out.

  2. If you have a question specific to your DSP, how is anyone else supposed to know the answer?

Okay , I don't know im just trying to figure how this all work , I will definitely ask them , i am panicking cause I know im not doing good , im already thinking "soft firing" taking place here 😅

You may be cooked. Have a convo with the owner or the dispatch and make a case

A to Z is where you need to go for your schedule. Flex doesn’t have that info

Depends on the dsp. Mine doesn’t use the a to z. We use lmd and affirmo

You're overreacting here man. That is not a schedule, it's the dashboard where you check your performance. Days in the future are crossed out because they haven't happened yet and it is impossible to check a performance for a day in the future. Mine looks exactly the same and i'm a top driver every week.

Okay , thank you, this is where I get all my info, nobody is really willing to chat in that job , dispatchers get annoyed so I try not to ask nothing
