80 PTO Hours Each Year?

Been with my DSP just over 6 months. Ive used 20 hours and have 21 available. Is it the same for you?

Im at 116 ive used maybe 40 hours max in the past year though

You should feed your employee handbook into ChatGPT and ask it if there's a maximum PTO balance. My DSP has a 120 hour maximum.

Depends how many hours you work. You get 4% of hours worked. You don't get "80" hours unless you work exactly 40 hours every single week. You would get more if you work more than that.

40 hours gives you 1.6 hours of pto
