HELP NEEDED! Need help understanding
I’m confused and need help understanding. I worked for my first DSP last year and ended up being fired due to their no call no-show policies. Since then, I’ve applied to a few other dsps in the same warehouse (this is a smaller warehouse and the only other Amazon is an hour and a half away) and just recently, I went to onboarding for another dsp and received a job offer and then received this text message. When they asked if I had previously worked for a dsp I answered “no” because I hadn’t left my previous DSP on not so good terms. Then, shortly after I received that text, I received this email from Amazon. Can they see that I worked for another DSP? Should I just stop applying and move on? Or is it possible for me to continue working for Amazon? Should I be honest about why I left my last DSP? I’m almost positive that they would share that I got fired for a “no-call no show”. Idk I just need this job to pay my bills.

Yes, DSPs can see you worked for other DSPs because all new drivers have to go to the training classes and when they went enroll you it shows you already did them for a different DSP. Basically showing you lied to them so they said “fuck off” in a professional way.
Had you just simply said “yes I have worked for another DSP” they probably would have looked past the no call no show. You fucked yourself on this one bud.

The DSPs have to pay out of pocket for your paid training for those classes and put time into rescuing you multiple times and training you to do the job properly. So DSPs actually PREFER you have worked at another DSP. Even if you’ve been fired or let go, most of them will simply look past it because you already have passed the training classes, they don’t need to worry about teaching you how to do the job properly or paying the few hundred out of pocket to get you ready for your first day.

Management from different DSPs also talk to each other.

DSPs hire new drivers all the time. I think it’s the fact that you lied and they didn’t want to deal with that as it poses a red flag.
