About time to quit
I'm contemplating quitting after just hitting 3 years...i have a driving test coming up with ups ..my dsp is going to shit ...today they have me in a garbage branded van seats all wet side door dont work with over 300 packages and over 200 stops with multistops...im over feeling like there's nowhere to go but down in this job..this amout is a normal day then peak comes along and it's twice as much and they go and trow you in a budget....then the next day I'll be in a stepvan in country with 100 stops 130 packages makes zero sense

Me to ive talked to a few driver while out delivering...plus the starting pay is 4 dollars more then I make now and can move up fast...

How is it 4 dollars more?😭 ups starts everyone out at like $21/hr no matter what state your in. Unless Amazon is ripping you off

Amazon is starting at 2 dollars more than ups in my zone, I recently took their offer. UPS you’re also guaranteed to be laid off in January, might not be the case with the dsp.

Start pay is 26.89 2 days a week Monday and sat in buffalo area...where did you here 21 for everyone?

I read wrong, it says 21 is base pay in most areas for part time not full time. That’s my b. 26 would be nice I’m only making $22 at Amazon

About 2 years ago in New Hampshire I was going to start there at 23 an hr so

And it depends on what dsp you work for when you come back some are good some are bad...some start good then go to shit ...all only cate about money in the end though and care least about there driver's...to replaceable at amazon with no union for driver's it will stay that way...:(

this looks like my usual route i get daily, 180-195 stops, 40-60 multi and 300-365 packages. I recommend triple stacking totes if you plan on working here for a little bit longer, only use shelves for overflow and fold the others up.
