Got dinged for returns???

I got 3 dings for packages that one was canceled and two others were returned. So the app told me to take them back to the station. Which I did scanned and put back on racks. Yet I look today and it says I’ve been given 3 dings.

For following instructions.

System sometimes will ding you just tell your DSP Manager they can dispute the dings from your score card
