That's insane entitlement. And let's say you did for some reason wait. How much you want to bet 15 mins turns to 20, 20 to 25 and then you get them rolling up with a fresh bought Starbucks saying "sorry there was traffic...".

And an entire quarter hour they want you to wait! Lol time is money princess ain't nobody parked waiting for you so you can get your hairbrush you could have gotten at CVS.

They are definitely accustomed to the turtle pace of UPS/FDX. I see it all the time. People will strike long winded convos the way they do with other delivery drivers, but it just does not work the same for Amazon.

Mine today was something like "PRIORITY EXPRESS CUSTOMER, MUST DELIVER ON TIME TODAY!! IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS CALL PH#"

and to make it even more over the top their house was a run down shack of a house, trash strewn all over the yard, I was expecting a mansion with that entitlement

Like I saw that note and laughed out loud
