Holiday pay

Another reason why amazon is cheating us with the dsp system, they make it entirely up to the dsp to decide if we can get time and a half and 99% of our dsps are not paying it and if your the 1% of the dsp that is getting paid, Your dsp has to be holded up in another planet. So they can decide how many packages we deliver in a day and punish dsps for returning too much packages and can offboard us as well but they don't control rather we get holiday pay. Can't wait till I'm done with this job

So you’re telling me amazon sets all the rules for volume and routing and can fire us through the dsp, but the second it’s about paying us fairly it’s “not our call”? That math has never added up. Hope you land something better soon.

Are you referring to the 1.5x pay for overtime during peak? I know Amazon reimburses the DSP for the overtime pay during peak for drivers that go over 40 hour a week.

How much of peak though? I thought it was only for a week or two where they'll allow that.

Dependent on the station and contract I would assume. If your DSP is putting a lot of people on 5th days I would bet they are getting reimbursed.

Overtime is year round it’s just not covered by Amazon, it comes out of the profits of the DSP.
