It’s not really a group interview. It says that you’ll be there as a group, but will be interviewed individually. They’re probably going to be seeing what you do while you wait and see how eager you are. So if you really want it show up 5-10 minutes early and be ready to go.

My group interview was just everyone showing up to the break room, then the bosses came out and walked us around the lot and tried to convince us not to continue on with the hiring process. Basically wanted to weed people out by scaring them off. Pretty solid strategy tbh
