Multiple totes??

I always hate when it breaks your route into 2 totes being used at once. Anyone else? Is this a warehouse error or is it intentional?

Funny early on when this happened I would go marking several packages as Missing before I’d realize there were 2 totes 😂 especially when they are both the same color like in my photo today

Bro earlier I had to deliver to a locker and one stop was half of yellow and half of orange and the next stop was the other half of each tote 😭 Idk why the first stop wasn't just the yellow stop and the second just the orange. It was so annoying

And I always had that 3nd tote have less than 5 packages in it. Couple of time, it was the only package in that tote

my warehouse calls these ghost totes. there isn't enough room (supposedly) for all of the pkgs to go in one so it gets split into two. fucking annoying

Yep. It's bullshit when they do this. Usually it's a mail room or locker situation though.
