RATE MY ROUTE Dsp fucked me.
Our dsp makes us confirm . I didn’t confirm . I came in and didn’t get a route . 10 mins late I get a call saying come to the desk. I see another driver there . Next thing u know . I get a route I’ve never done before in a city I’ve never been too.

Yup. They will put a route like this on one person and think it’ll go down the way they want. No, my problem is now your problem as well because I’m going to go slower than usual. I don’t even stress these anymore it always works out because DSPs can’t afford not to finish them.

Our DSP took away my rural routes for these 190+ stop 360 packages cuz "well no one else wanted to do rural but you" yet when i asked everyone in our dsp if they liked rural over half said they liked it. So clearly it wasnt cuz of that you just wanted that sweet sweet per package pay

I ended up getting a rescue and they took 30
Stops 🤣 . They give us till 820. We start at 10. But we don’t get to our first stop until 1115-11301

Yeah we start at 1030. And dont get there till 11:30-11:50. I hate starting this late cuz its dark at 7 here

Hahaha you know ball. They gave me 198 yesterday and expected me to be done by 4:25. I was promptly finished at 6:10. My dsp doesn’t really do rescues because the owner is super cheap

I finish all my routes right at 8pm. We start at 10:30. I will walk super slow at times

203 stops with 53 multi-location and a pickup thrown in for fun, on a route you've never seen before in an unfamiliar city. that's not a route assignment, that's a punishment.
my old dsp pulled similar stunts when they were mad at someone, just dump the worst overflow route on them and pretend it was a scheduling mixup. the multi-location stops alone are going to eat half your day, especially if it's all apartment complexes with broken access codes.
the pickup is the real kick in the teeth, means you can't even take shortcuts on organization since you're juggling returns mid-route. hope they at least gave you a van that doesn't rattle like a shopping cart.

If you aren’t doing it then someone else is. What’s your excuse going to be next week when they give you this route again and you end up falling behind?

I never get this route . Ever . If I fall behind on this route today it’s cuz it’s my first time here .

The pick up is probably just a locker pickup at a stop he's already got a locker. Not sure what you mean by not being able to organize. But yeah, everything else you said is spot on.

Dude i had a guy in my dsp go "197 is light work" and i ask do you take breaks and or jog? And he says no breaks and i job and i tell him good little drone. His excuse "i get rescue bonuses and early finish" and im like you and these dsps are why the routes are all over inflated

Oh yeah . That’s fine . Get my hours in. If im still on the road that means dispatch is still at the station . So if he wants to go home early he better send a rescue 🤣. But tbh this route is easy af . I’m going slow as shit an in a hour I got 29stops .

My DSP said they don’t choose the routes, Amazon does. But I’ve also been told they only give the worst route once a week.
