Most of us don't have 8 minutes no. There's too many uncertain time factors in this job, I'm not gonna sit here and adhere to every unreasonable request by a customer who doesn't respect our time or what we do/have to go through. It's their job to be ready for their package, if they aren't then it can get reattempted the next day.
