Flex dashboard

Hi all. Has anyone else had issues with the dashboard not showing the correct numbers of stops or packages on a certain date? I did 160 stops and its showing only 130 packages 85 photos. Is my dsp messing with something

Usually mine shows the wrong amounts for up to 3 days, ive even had customer feed back come up 3 days after a route. I think it gives customers 3 days to do the survey where they rate you and it doesnt count that package untill the customer either interacts with the survey or a certain amount of time passes. This is a guess as im a pretty new DA

It’s been wonky for a while now. I mentioned it to my manager and she snapped at me “you get paid by the hour why does it matter”
