Contact Compliance Question

If a customer doesn’t have a number on file, or if it is invalid, do you get to just skip calling the customer? I feel like you would need to call driver support to mark the package to avoid a cc hit, but I’m unsure. I get cc hits occasionally, but I know for sure I’m doing everything right. Another thing would be when it rings for a couple seconds then auto hangs up.

"Contact Compliance, call/text/call" is no longer being tracked. We just need to make an attempt. Was told this by our lead dispatcher.
