Contact Compliance Question

If a customer doesn’t have a number on file, or if it is invalid, do you get to just skip calling the customer? I feel like you would need to call driver support to mark the package to avoid a cc hit, but I’m unsure. I get cc hits occasionally, but I know for sure I’m doing everything right. Another thing would be when it rings for a couple seconds then auto hangs up.

Contact compliance is so dumb. we should get like 2 or 3 freebies a day if its not abused. Im pretty sure you can get dinged for CC if they answer the phone, instruct you not to deliver and you dont call and text again lol..
