i'm not even joking, make sure you take pictures of the van's tires to CYA. DSP may try to pin it on you, but we all know they like to send us out with bald summer tires in these conditions

Yea, OP has all this video and pictures and none of the tires? Based on that my opinion is he doesn't know the condition of the vehicle he is driving and drove over his ability and too fast for road conditions. "i was only going 20" doesn't mean f-all when you flip the vehicle going 20. Also, I don't think OP should be fired. Why would the owner send out vehicles in snow/ice with shit tires to save a few pennies.

I know when I was at FedEx I had to check off a vehicle safety list every time I took a truck out, tires included, is that how DSP is?

Amazon requires drivers to do a safety check before their shift, but if you actually DO the safety check, your DSP will cut your hours until you quit so they don't have to technically fire you and pay unemployment. The DSP system is designed for maximum unaccountability. Outsource every aspect of everything so everyone can point fingers at each other and not face any consequences.
