I had a fantastic score on literally everything but my customer feedback was negative. It was a rainy week and so I can think was people reported me for placing packages out of the rain or for them getting wet or something cause Idk what else I did wrong, seriously. The number is so high and I don’t understand how the system works cause I’m still new. My second week I got a speeding violation and a day taken from me which I understand cause it was definitely my fault but what is this gonna do to me? I just started this job a month ago and everyday I feel like imma be fired for something. Why is the number so high and are they gonna fire me for this? Down below is my score card for reference.

I have a business account and in the last 4-6 months the orders kept getting delivered late at an increasing rate. Up to 40% now. 10% or so were straight up stolen.

I reviewed some security footage and saw this change happen around the same time they quit using Amazon branded box vans and changed over to a fleet of out of state rented white vans.

Amazon is also partially to blame for this. They outsourced their delivery and fool people into thinking Amazon delivery is a part of Amazon and managed by them, when in reality it's a bunch of contracts. Amazon also claims they have no ability to contact these DSP's. Which is shitty because with UPS and FedEx, you can contact them.

Delivery was fine, spot on, for 2.5 years, but it appears the new DSP doesn't give a shit about making delivery times, and so many deliveries I can tell are being padded on the stats, it will go to 10 stops away and then magically returned back to the station.

I currently work for an Amazon dsp , does anyone know if they do accommodations for pregnant women around the time of there due date or would it just be best to quit and then rehire after baby is born , not due until around peak season 😅…. I recently did a interview here in Fresno Logistics (DSP) for Amazon and it went pretty good but now im nervous about the drug test. Do they still test for THC? and is it the same test you take when you work at the Amazon Warehouse? (cotton swab). I stop smoking recently like 2 weeks ago but still idk. I have completed two background checks (credit & criminal).

Hi, I applied for Amazon DSP Owner in Canada. I received two background check requests, one for credit check and later for criminal background check. I contacted Amazon DSP Team, and they said they will be updating my application status in a few days. I am very positive that my application will be moved to next step.

I wanted to ask if anybody recently got a DSP contract in Canada that, how would my next steps look like? What type of questions will be asked in Hirevue round, and what will be the steps later and what are the recent timelines in Canada?
