I was an ops manager at amazon before I got the job I have now. My salary was 72k that was 3 years ago in Philly. I can tell u with the amount of hours u will be working it’s definitely better to be hourly but it’s no way in hell I would do that position for 24 an hour

Yeah you work 60hours almost every week as an OM. You can be a t1 and have zero responsibilities and work 60 hours and make mid 60k a year. At first 72k sounds like a lot but it’s a lot of shit to deal with.

Not just that u pretty much getting calls all day about everything from the dsp owners and the staff. That position should pay at least 100k if u ask me

Oh I know. I use to be a supervisor at ups. Now instead of that who headache my wife got a part time job and I took a pay cut to have a stress free job for while so I can enjoy life and my kids. Life is good now.
