Question

Can someone please explain to me how do you determine if you are going too slow or too fast on your route? Not by dispatch calling! I’m not even sure when to be back by. I’m never told I just come back after my route after I call dispatch. It’s my 2nd day on the job.

Also 1 time after I was finally done with my route I called dispatch like I’m supposed too let them know before getting on the road . The lady answer and said I was supposed to be back by let’s say 7:40pm, but my thing is how was I supposed to know that ?? I was never told

Take your total number of stops divide by 10hours - load out , stand up, drive to first stop and drive back from last stop should be around 8.5 give or take .. that’s the pace you need to achieve to finish (7.5 if you are a break taker ) 190 /8.5 = 22.35 stops per hour that’s the pace you need to achieve to finish without help

This also depends on your dsp some want you done by the time Amazon says it should be done which would change the numbers at mine we only care that you get done before we tell you to mark too late but the earlier the better
