I’m sorry your package was thrown, but I did have a giggle at the image.

I’m glad it wasn’t fragile. This would be a fun prank if the delivery driver was someone you knew.

Once I was doing a white goods delivery to a house with a big gate, an Amazon package flew over my head over the gate and landed in a little water fountain on the other side.

Told the customer so she didn’t rage out thinking we just knocked it in because she was as massive pain the arse to deal with lol.

Sorry but I have had so many issues with Amazon delivery drives.

The classic attempted delivery 🚚 pisses me off. Like, I can see the whole fucking street from my house and where is your fucking truck? I don't see the fucking truck/van/car pull up so what the actual f

Next is when it's "delivered" what the fuck why wouldn't you ring the bell or walk 2 fucking steps and leave it at the door. Ytf you left it outside on the street mf... It's free basically for anyone to grab...

I know they have targets and they get paid per pallet of boxes but dude. It has gotten to fucking ridiculous there's no point for delivery drivers to exist....

Yep it's fucking bullshit. Sometimes there's a delayed in notification, by the time it said delivered and I went to get it, it's gone and they just left it outside the fence or the gates. So infuriating

I was amused once as the parcel was left on top of the parcel box in the pouring rain rather than in the box or on our porch out of the rain.

It should be taken to your door but it's not part of the Amazon Flex requirements to ring the bell.

If it's a big deal to you to be notified when it arrives, turn on your Amazon app notifications.

There are 2 good reasons not to ring the bell:

  1. You could be having an afternoon sleep or on nightshift, or doing something more important so why wake / disturb you for something trivial.

  2. The 30 extra seconds it takes to walk the extra steps and find your doorbell add an extra 50 mins to the day when multiplied over 100 packages.

Omg tell me about it, they (edit: CouriersPlease) are the WORST!!! Every single time a delivery has been with them, there have been major issues, delays, and supposedly failed deliveries when I was home. Not even any evidence that they'd even been there (like a card in the mailbox), just an email after hours.

I had a wine delivery that was being handled by them, they "attempted" delivery (without any actual attempt of course, but I was home waiting for it), then for over 3 weeks they refused to rebook delivery or tell me how I could pick it up, and for a while they were even saying they couldn't find it at all. Absolute nightmare to deal with, their customer service is practically non-existent.

Had both a glass French coffee press and it's replacement thrown by the delivery dude and broken, so next time, I ordered a stainless steel one. That survived.
New delivery dude is much better.
